Pets & Friends are part of Kennelpak Limited, which was founded in 1974 as a pet food supplier. Roll on to 1983 and we launched as Kennelgate, so we could provide customers directly with both the product and knowledge we have accrued with our experience. Fast forward to 2020 and we brought our vision of Pets & Friends to life across stores and online, knowing what we have is special and that we can be your one-stop-shop for your pets.

Commission:
Pets & Friends offers a competitive base commission of 6% for new customers and 3% for existing customers. We are open to increase commission rates in exchange for additional exposure. Where voucher codes have been used, Pets & Friends will only pay commission on those which are provided through the AWIN platform.
Pets & Friends are open to tenancy and fixed fee placements.

- Pets & Friends are open to PPC rights on Brand+Voucher terms as part of wider exposure packages.
- PPC rights must be approved in writing in advance.
Cashback:
- Transaction queries must be submitted within 90 days of the transaction to be eligible for review.
- Customers using a voucher code while transacting through cashback will only be awarded 1% commission unless otherwise stated on the cashback sites.
